As a parent, you want what's best for your child each and every day. You have an IEP in place for them but they’re still struggling! They aren’t learning to the best of their ability.
I get it. I've been there, too.
I can't wait to help you.
Imagine if...
You could breathe easy when sending your child to school.
You could stop dreading every interaction with school staff.
You slept better at night knowing your child was making progress at school, in the skills that mean the most for their future.
I remember that feeling of walking into my son’s first IEP meeting and feeling overwhelmed. I was emotional and afraid. I never want you to feel that way!
With 5 years of experience navigating IEP assessments and meetings for my own child with ADHD and 15 years of experience as a special education teacher, I've been able to help hundreds of families improve their IEP or 504 plan and secure innumerous IEP services, COLLABORATIVELY.
I am committed to helping families navigate the special education world by providing guidance and support as they pursue assessments, diagnoses, and Individual Education Plans for their children.

4 Year Old Boy
My son came to our family out of the foster care system. He had extensive developmental delays in the areas of social emotional skills, speech, and pre-academics. Angela not only helped us to understand the entire initial assessment and IEP process, but she also did an observation of him in our home. After her observation and working with him one on one, she consulted with us. She provided many great strategies to help with our son’s behavioral struggles. She gave us a behavior plan with appropriate consequences and reinforcers. Finally, she came up with a variety of strategies to help our son with his pre-academic, speech, and social skills.

It was so great working with Angela. She has extensive knowledge of the special education world and was able to help me improve our daughter’s annual IEP. Initially, we were unhappy with the proposed goals and services. With Angela’s support, we were able to come up with a comprehensive plan that works! Angela helped us with goal edits and showed us other areas of need that were not being recommended by the school. I really appreciated that she helped our daughter get what she needed without conflict with the school district. I would absolutely recommend Angela’s services!

7 Year Old Boy
We are SO happy we found Angela!! Our 7-year-old son was REALLY struggling with almost every subject in school. He was getting in trouble with teachers due to emotional outbursts and his social relationships, as a result, were suffering as well. He was losing friends because they didn’t want to play with him when he would get so easily upset. Angela helped us contact our local school district to request an IEP assessment. She was so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. She was also able to coach us in getting a medical diagnosis. Ultimately we discovered our son has ADHD in addition to a speech delay. Her expertise was critical in getting appropriate goals and services for our son’s IEP. My son is now thriving in 3rd grade and last semester he was on the Honor Roll!! I'm so grateful for her help and expertise. If you don’t know where to start with the IEP process or want support with understanding your child's IEP, I cannot recommend Angela enough!!

3 Year Old Boy
My son started to have a stutter when he was 2. I had no idea where to go or what to do to have him evaluated. I came across Angela’s Instagram profile and website and saw that she has extensive experience in working with preschool aged kids. Angela helped make everything simple and explained everything so well. She assisted me in getting an assessment through the regional center and with understanding the entire IFSP process. I was able to get the appropriate services for my son. I loved working with Angela due to her professionalism, prompt responses and caring attitude.
